LYCEUM / MARTIAL ARTS
01 / Practice

Start where you are.

All instruction is through private lessons and small-group privates. We also offer open training times by invitation. Inquire to learn more—whether you are new, returning, or years into your practice.

Learn the pieces.
Find the connections.

Our practice includes striking, grappling, weapons, and physical preparation. Some people spend years with one art. Others move between them. Both are welcome here.

A session gives you a clear starting point: a movement, a problem, or a question. We work with partners, adjust the challenge, and notice what changes.

How we work
01 / Learn & explore

Try it.
Notice what happens.

Demonstration and repetition help us begin. Partner games and changing conditions help us understand. Ask questions, compare experiences, and give yourself room to be new.

02 / Challenge & return

Care for the person.
Challenge the practitioner.

We add pressure deliberately. Contact and intensity depend on the task and the people involved. Good training needs partners who can keep returning.

Practice has depth.
The entrance is simple.

You do not need to understand the whole curriculum to take part. Start with a conversation about what you enjoy, what you hope to learn, and what works for you.
